Todd Williams -- President

Todd Williams, the President of Double Diamond Custom Homes, works well with customers and has often been complimented by homebuyers for his high standards, his professionalism and his commitment to detail. Todd brings with him a wealth of experience in the home building industry.

Originally from Houston, Todd started his building career with Royce Homes, a large production builder. He also worked with David Weekley Homes and Morrison Homes before joining the Kustom Kastles (Tribble & Perry, Inc.) home building team in Clear Lake. While with Kustom Kastles, Todd perfected the art of fine homebuilding and greatly expanded his knowledge of products and of the design processes. Todd graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in MIS in 1990 and looks forward to building a successful relationship with each of his buyers.

Todd was formerly on the Board of Directors and on the Advisory Board for the Greater Houston Builder's Association - Clear Lake Chapter. Todd is committed to maintaining the highest possible quality in the houses he builds. He believes that continuing education is vital in today's ever-changing housing market and that it is important to keep up with new products and new code requirements - both of which he does via membership in the Greater San Antonio Builder's Association as well as through attendance at local and national continuing education events.
