Kurt Wehner -- Vice President

Kurt's professional career began in Austin as a construction superintendent for Milburn Homes. He worked his way through the ranks, and in 1997 transferred to Continental Homes in San Antonio to become a member of the management team. At Continental Homes, Kurt worked as a land developer before being placed in charge of new product design for all of the division's floor plans.

Kurt has traveled the nation studying the architecture of different regions and worked along side internationally recognized architects at Danze and Davis Architects and William Hezmalhalch Architects. After earning a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from The University of Houston, Kurt Wehner continued his education at Texas A&M by earning a Master's degree in Land Development. Now as a partner in Double Diamond Custom Homes, Kurt uses his experience with estimating, budgeting and design to create your dream home while meeting your budget.

Kurt is a member of the Greater San Antonio Builder’s Association and the Greater New Braunfels Builder’s Association. He believes that continuing education is essential for builders to stay up to date with all of the latest technological advances, code changes and new products; therefore he regularly attends both local and national industry events.
