When we say "standard features," we simply mean the items that we'd feel comfortable working with in starting the construction of your home. We understand that each customer has their own preferences and desires, and therefore almost any of these items can be upgraded (or downgraded) to suit their needs.

Our standard features list includes:

Slab & Framing

-- 3000 psi engineered steel-reinforced concrete slab
-- Treated bottom plate material and foam plate sealer to prevent rotting.
-- Hardie brand perforated soffit material for long lasting eaves and increased ventilation
-- ½" OSB sheathing on all exterior walls
-- Tyvek housewrap for increased structural & moisture protection for the entire home

-- Radiant barrier roof decking (TechShield) to reduce attic temperatures and bills
-- 35 yr. Dimensional Elk Prestique I composition shingles
-- R-15 Blown-in-Blanket-System insulation package on all exterior walls
(increases R-factor from 13 to 15 and decreases air infiltration by more than 70%)
-- R-22 batting in all sloped areas
-- R-30 blown in insulation in all ceilings

-- Low E2 double-pane windows for greater energy efficiency
-- 12+ SEER Carrier Puron air conditioning systems with digital thermostats

-- Bosch dishwasher & four (4) burner cooktop
-- Single Thermador 30" oven and microwave

-- Kitec Polyethylene water piping to reduce broken water pipes and corrosion
-- Upgraded Moen Plumbing packages
-- 6 ft. Jacuzzi-style tub in all master baths
